Request for Final Review of Security Deposit Refund
At Maple Leaf Property Management, we aim to handle security deposit dispositions fairly and based on the information available to us regarding the condition of the property at move in and move out.
If you believe something may have been overlooked or you have additional documentation that was not previously considered, you may submit a request for a security deposit review.
The purpose of this request is to allow residents to provide supporting information when they have questions or concerns about the explanation provided with their security deposit disposition.
Once your request is submitted, our team will review the information provided along with the documentation in our records and, if needed, consult with the property owner. After the review is completed, we will notify you by email regarding our findings and whether any adjustments are warranted.
To help us evaluate your request, please include as much detail as possible along with any supporting materials such as:
• Photos
• Emails or written communication
• Receipts or invoices
• Any other relevant documentation
Requests for review should be submitted within 10 days of receiving your security deposit disposition notice.
Please note that Maple Leaf Property Management acts as the property manager on behalf of the property owner, and security deposit decisions ultimately involve the property owner as well.
