Many of the property owners we work with are introduced to us through current clients, vendors, and professional connections. If you know a property owner who may benefit from professional property management support, we welcome referrals to our team.


At Maple Leaf Property Management, we help rental owners navigate the day to day responsibilities of property management through responsive communication, organized processes, and operational support. We also work closely with vendors and service professionals to help properties run smoothly and residents stay supported.


A $250 referral fee may be issued for qualified property owner referrals.

Owner & Vendors Program Details

Current owners and vendors may receive a $250 referral reward for introducing property owners who may benefit from our property management services.


To Qualify:

  • Referral must include the owner’s name, phone number, and email address
  • Referred owner must be new to Maple Leaf Property Management
  • The referred owner may also identify the referring party during initial contact
  • Referral should involve a property owner who has expressed potential interest in property management services
  • Payment is issued via check

Referral Program and Limitations

  • Referral rewards are issued regardless of whether the referred owner signs a management agreement.
  • Only one referral reward is available per referred owner.
  • Referred property must qualify for Maple Leaf Property Management services
  • Self‑referrals are not eligible.
  • Maple Leaf Property Management may verify and validate all referrals prior to issuing payment.
  • Program terms and reward amounts are subject to change at any time.
