Katie Mandell

Born and raised in Seattle’s Leschi neighborhood, Katie brings a strong sense of care, responsibility, and local understanding to her work at Maple Leaf Property Management. After earning her degree from UCLA and building her career in California, she returned to Washington to join Maple Leaf, drawn by the character of the organization and the caliber of the team behind it.

With more than 16 years of experience across Residential Property Management, Commercial Leasing, Marketing, and Sales Leadership, she approaches each property with thoughtful decision-making and accountability. She understands the responsibility that comes with ownership and takes it seriously, providing consistent oversight and clear communication, giving owners confidence in how their property is managed.

Approachable and detail-oriented, she focuses on smooth operations and strong owner support, always striving to deliver more than what’s expected. She approaches tenant relationships with thoughtfulness and professionalism, taking pride in helping foster positive, well-managed tenancies that serve both residents and owners.

Now based in the Bellevue/Kirkland area, she enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest’s parks and trails with her Spanish Greyhound and spending meaningful time connecting with family and friends. An avid learner, she enjoys investing and has a strong interest in languages and cultures, bringing curiosity and perspective to her work.



She is licensed in both Washington and California.
