Kit MacPherson

Kit MacPherson started her real estate career in 1980 after graduating from the University of Puget Sound. In the early 1980s, she began working in the Relocation Division of MacPherson’s Inc. Realtors. She opened their REO division and was the corporate contact for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, listing hundreds of repossessions. Kit became an investment property owner in her twenties and has continued to expand her portfolio of properties ever since. This extensive knowledge from successfully owning and managing properties is the foundation on which Kit built Maple Leaf Property Management LLC. She knows from firsthand experience that property managers need to listen closely and carefully to their clients, speak honestly to set realistic expectations, and help them make informed decisions. She has developed a team of professionals that is second to none in the region.

Kit loves to "hang out" with her adult children, spending time in both Olympia and LA. She loves long walks, hiking, traveling with friends and family, road trips, wine tasting, and always enjoys a good book.
