Lee Nichols returned to the Pacific Northwest in 2011 after 25 years in California and joined Maple Leaf Property Management in 2014. As a former tenant herself, Lee brings a unique and valuable perspective understanding firsthand the needs of both property owners and residents.
With over a decade of experience in property management, Lee is known for her proactive communication, strong attention to detail, and commitment to protecting her clients’ investments while maximizing returns. She believes that well cared for tenants are key to long term success and takes pride in fostering positive relationships that benefit both owners and residents.
Lee served as the 2021 President of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) King County Chapter, reflecting her leadership and dedication to staying at the forefront of industry standards and best practices.
