“Bellevue is expected to adopt rules Monday night to prevent single-family homes from being chopped up into rooming houses,” according to Lynn Thompson of The Seattle Times.
While Bellevue might rule in new legislature that would prohibit more than 4 non-family members living together in a single family house. And, the 4 non family members living together would all have to be on the same lease.
