Furnace Filter Policy

mapleleafmanagement • August 31, 2018

Maple Leaf Property Management has implemented a service to have new furnace filters delivered to your home on a quarterly basis. We have found that more often than not, it is difficult for tenants to remember to change the filter quarterly, which is a condition of the lease.  Changing the furnace filters provides lower annual energy costs and it also prolongs the life of the furnace, which means less maintenance.  At the time of your lease extension, you will be charged an additional $10.00 per month to go toward this new Utility and Maintenance Reduction program, and you will begin receiving your quarterly furnace filters. If you would like to start the program sooner, please contact your property manager to begin service.
