What You Will Need:

• WA real estate license

• License to be maintained at MLPM brokerage

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Familiarity with property management software, such as AppFolio, & associated apps

• Experience in property management preferred

• Strong accounting math skills 

• Experience reading/understanding tenant & owner ledgers

• Insured vehicle
